On Your Left Athletic Club
With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.
I did Kipping. 17 rounds - 153 pull ups total. It didn't really hit me until round 15. That's when i started breaking them up.
We did a quick met con workout before this though:
AMRAP - 10 Minutes
single arm split jerk - 5/side - 40 lb
Long jump burpees - 50 meters
sprint 50 meters.
6 rounds plus 2 split jerks.
