On Your Left Athletic Club
Run 400 meters or two minute double unders
Three rounds of 15 squats, 15 sit ups, 15 push ups, 15 back extensions, 15 good mornings
Five rounds for time of: Scale and substitute as needed.
Run 400 meters
30 Glute-ham sit-ups
250 pound Deadlift, 15 reps
I rename this workout Mr. President.
I scaled to 205 LB deadlifts and subbed 50 reg sit ups for the ghd. I thought it would be harder than it was. I mean it was hard, but i made it through. I don't think I could have pushed faster, the dead lifts were slow (broken into sets of five with tne seconds of rest).
I signed up for the CrossFit Level 1 Certification in West Palm at the end of Febraury. I just hope my tax return comes soon so i can pay for that.
